There are things that simply leave us speechless. The number of players who have been using elo regularly for over five years is definitely one of them. Often active daily, in the middle of series, in rooms, puzzling or chatting – and that for years.

Starting now, you can make this impressive loyalty visible to others – with a special accessory on your profile picture. Long-time users can unlock the matching decoration in the shop. What makes it special: the designs aren’t from us, but were contributed by the community. That too is a sign of loyalty – thank you so much for that!

###2 Years of Evening Project

For exactly two years now, we’ve been running elo as an evening project under the company elo Friends. And yes, the beginning wasn’t easy. New jobs, master’s studies, other obligations – it was sometimes hard to find time. All the more, we were carried by your loyalty and the fact that many of you even helped out yourselves.

By now, we’ve got a bit more breathing room again, and we want to use this time to become more visible. We aim to respond more to operating system updates, fix urgent bugs – old or new – and continue to develop elo where things are stuck. But that also takes patience. Because one thing remains: it’s all still in our free time.

In the coming weeks, we want to check in with a series of updates. We’ll touch on important elo topics, share new features, and give you a glimpse of what to expect in the future.
